  Directions for use:

• (1) Hold the brace with the tag on the right inner side (arrows should be pointing up), and pull it with both hands to make both sides equal in length.

• (2) Pull the left side obliquely downward (as a guide, approx. 5 cm/2 in below the navel). * Do not wear it above the navel.

• (3) Fix the left hand position and pull the right side obliquely downward to tape the hook and loop fastener.

  Warnings:

• Do not use if you have: (1) a sprain, fracture or ligament injury, (2) peripheral vascular disorder, (3) abonormality such as injury, blotchiness, rash at site where support is to be worn, or (4) chronic dermatitis/allergy to chemical.

   

• If you experience any of the above issues, immediately discontinue use and seek professional advice. Use if not recommended if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy. Select the appropriate size. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use directly on skin, use it on top of thin clothing. Support should not be used too tightly.
